Johan & Adri Snyman
| Johan completed the 4x4 Trails and Overland guide course hosted by Masazane
Expeditions in October 2006. His speciality is overland trips, and apart from trips in South Africa,
they have been averaging 3 trips to Namibia a year since 1994.

Johan grew up in Durbanville, studied Civil Engineering and works as a Project
Manager on infrastructure projects for the Cape Winelands District Municipality. Adri grew up in
Windhoek, studied Town and Regional Planning and is self-employed with her own Town Planning
practice. They have been married since 1995 and have no children. |
| Apart from overlanding trips their hobbies include fishing for trout in the Du
Toitskloof Mountains, cycling - Johan has completed the Argus Cycle tour 16 times, hiking -
Adri has completed the Fish River Canyon hiking trail 7¼ times, hunting, Adri is an accomplished
photographer, and anything else to do with the outdoors. |

They started to seriously overland in 1994, first with a 250 D Isuzu which was replaced
with a 2.5Tdi Hardtop Defender in 1998 and supplemented with a 300TDi Isuzu SC 4x4 in 2007. |

The Landy is fully equipped for extended overland trips while the Isuzu is stock-standard
and mainly used for weekend trips.
