registered with the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEAT).

- An opportunity to meet other people that share your interests.
- An opportunity to share your 4x4 and outdoor experiences with others.
- An opportunity to stay informed about interesting 4x4 events and activities.
- An opportunity to learn more about nature while experiencing nature first hand.
- An opportunity to share in any special offers that might come our way.
Excursion costs include:
- Route fees (as advertised by the route owner)
- Camping fees (as advertised by the route owner)
- Admission fees (payable to guide per agenda)
- R50 admin fee per vehicle (every vehicle pays the relevant guide directly)
How it works:
- Excursions that are planned by the various guides will be circulated to the group.
- The guide who is arranging the excursion is responsible for all arrangements and notices
regarding the excursion.
- Bookings are made directly with the relevant guide.
- Indemnity forms, where applicable, will be completed at the route briefing.
- Every excursion will go ahead regardless of the number of vehicles.
- Every excursion will be restricted to a maximum of 15 vehicles.

- Every time an outing is planned, you will receive an email.
- You decide if you would like to join us on the outing.

| Be aware of restrictions with regard to making fires and prevent veld fires at all costs. |
Adhere to all laws and regulations and obtain permission / permits
from the relevant authorities before entering restricted areas. |

Keep your vehicle mechanically sound and ensure that you have sufficient recovery points
(front and rear) on your vehicle. |
