Wheel Alignment

Wheel alignment is done on all makes of motor cars, recreational vehicles and 4x4's. The equipment used is the HUNTER system and this is rated as the most accurate system available. Alignment specifications for all makes of vehicle are available for all models from 1958 to the current models.

• BMW and OPEL - special weight bags are used to set a load that simulates downforce, so that the alignment can be set accurately.
• ISUZU and NISSAN - special Ride-Height equipment is used.

Wheel Balancing

Wheel balancing is done on the GEODYNA balancing machine.

Increase tyre tread life
Studies show that 2-Plane/Dynamic wheel balancing of tyres off-the-vehicle increases their tread life considerably.

Wheel adapters for most applications
The 980 comes standard with a centering cone for hub piloted wheels. As a bonus, the 980 comes with passenger/SUV cones for automotive use.

Self-calibration by operator
The operator can re-calibrate the balancer in two easy steps, ensuring accuracy while saving costly service calls.

Automatic data entry
This time saving feature precisely enters the rim distance and diameter automatically, eliminating operator errors and customer comebacks.

HAWEKA balancing techniques are used with the GEODYNA to ensure the wheel is 100% centralised on the shaft for a perfect balance.
